Whilst experience would be desired in this role, we are offering a suitable candidate the opportunity to learn on the job how to become a successful Business Broker and in time gain your own real estate license if you so desired.
Your role initially will be to assist growing our pipeline of potential clients, through our marketing programs which will require you to liaise with Potential sellers and buyers. As required, you will learn and be responsible to coordinate and prepare Business profiles along with collating Financial information. You will also learn and be responsible for writing and managing business for sale advertisements, prepare and manage Business Sale documents and associated support for our brokers to complete a business sale.
Ideally you will be highly organised, have good written and computer skills. You will be a a great communicator self-motivated and goal orientated.
Under the current restrictions, this role is working from home, full support and training will be provided, flexibility in hours are available.

Focused primarily on the SME space – we service a wide range of businesses Sectors. You may have a desire to follow a particular field or have been operating in a niche that you wish to continue to service, or potentially choose a different niche.
Whilst you will be working as part of our team which is 100% focused on achieving client outcomes, you will be working Autonomously to manage and create your own pipeline and client base.
Our marketing team is available to assist you in lead generation, buyer enquiries and other administration functions, along with management support if required for settlement and handover processes, however your main focus is dealing with vendors and buyers to achieve a desirable outcome.
We offer a generous a commission-sharing structure along with full back office support, flexible working hours and the support you require. You must have the ability to work from home, and have your own car to complete inspections as required.
