What are 3 key points you must understand completely before you put together your marketing plan and pricing strategy?

  1. Define your brand
  • Can you define your brand?
  • What do you stand for?
  • Do and your staff live your brand?
  • What is your brand personality?

If you or your staff cannot answer these questions, you need to sit down and go through each of the components to ensure you are consistent in the message you wish to convey.

  1. Define your ideal client

If you don’t know who you are selling/marketing too & how you find them - how do you know what they want or need?

  • How old are they?
  • What gender?
  • Where are they?
  • Where do they “hang out”? What do they do?
  • Why do they or will they buy from you?
  • How do they think? Put yourself in their shoes.
  • What are their biggest fears?
  • What do they love?
  1. Define your marketing strategy

There is no point in advertising to potential or existing clients on Facebook if their main mode of communication is: - We Chat, Instagram or alike. Target your clients and really focus upon what they want, not what you would like.

If through your research you determine there are a several number of marketing options available to you; work out which one is going to give you “the best bang for your buck”.

Understanding your ideal client and in turn marketing to them directly and with their needs in mind is the pivot to your success.
